During the “Iron Swords” war, about 200 doctors arrived in Israel to help deal with the emergency. Now, as part of the program, about 150 doctors are planning to immigrate to Israel in the next two years and be absorbed into the health system. By the end of 2025, 150 doctors are expected to rise, and by 2030, about 2,000 doctors.

As part of the launch of the program, the “Medex” fair was held this month in the USA and another fair will be held at the end of the month in Paris, with the aim of helping doctors who wish to immigrate to Israel, land in Israel with a pre-approved employment license and a guaranteed job in the health system. , present Prof. Salman Zarqa the director of the Ziv Medical Center and met with doctors, in order to interest them in the position at the hospital that was recently announced by the Minister of Health Uriel Bosso as a super center.

In addition, in order to encourage the immigrant doctors to work and settle in the Galilee and Negev and to meet the growing needs in everything related to medicine, we took care of grants and rent assistance in these areas. We also launched the Hebrew reform plan that will allow for them to learn the language even before they immigrate to Israel, online and through a community of doctors with a focus on terms related to their world.
