Why do they say grilled meat is cancerous, how can damage be minimized without effort, and what is the most fattening meat? While grilling meat on the fire, it is exposed to high heat and then carcinogenic substances are formed. The higher the percentage of fat in the meat, the more dangerous substances are formed in it.How to prevent this without a problem?
