Due to limited time, Thuy cannot arrange to go to the gym regularly. “I’ve bought many gym cards but I’ve always given them up because I couldn’t arrange the time,” she said.

However, due to the nature of her profession, which requires her to regularly appear in front of crowds and train students on how to walk and pose for photos, the mother of three children began to have low self-esteem. In addition, to prepare for the summer events she is about to participate in, Thuy realized she needed to change her figure. She came up with the idea of ​​buying a jumping rope, thinking that this sport can be practiced anywhere, not dependent on space or weather. Thanks to this initiative, mothers can take care of their children and arrange housework without having to waste time traveling for exercise.

“Even when I go on a business trip, I can still proactively bring a rope to jump,” Thuy said.

Every day, women spend about 60 minutes on physical activity in the morning or evening. She jumps rope from 1,000-2,000 times/day depending on time and health condition. The beauty also combines Pilates exercises with the wall and some gym movements with resistance bands at home. Thuy’s training schedule is usually maintained, every 4 days of heavy training is interspersed with a day of light jumping rope with 200 repetitions and pilates practice.

According to experts, jumping rope is a simple and effective weight loss exercise. On average, you will burn about 150 calories after just 15 minutes of jumping rope. This amount of calories burned is equivalent to one hour of slow walking. However, people with knee or joint pain need to limit jumping rope and vigorous activities to avoid the risk of injury. When practicing, each person needs to prepare a soft mat to help their feet land safely and avoid unwanted accidents.

Pilates is a discipline created to treat veterans to improve spinal and skeletal problems. Unlike yoga, pilates requires specialized equipment during the practice process, contributing to correcting posture, strengthening the core muscles while enhancing the flexibility and suppleness of the body.

At the same time, many studies prove that gym exercises stimulate hormone production, so muscles can absorb the necessary amount of amino acids and become firmer. When exercising regularly and with proper technique, the body’s metabolism goes more smoothly, and the amount of calories consumed increases significantly, thereby helping to lose weight.

In addition to exercise, Thuy also combines 16-8 intermittent fasting (eating for 8 hours and fasting for the remaining 16 hours) to make the fat burning process more effective. This is a term that describes cyclical dieting and fasting. The method gives the body enough time to fully consume food, while strictly limiting the amount of calories consumed.

Thuy eats breakfast, lunch and a snack at 4:00 p.m. In the evening, women only drink filtered water and beauty tea from chrysanthemum, rose, red apple, goji berry or unsweetened roasted brown rice water. At the same time, the mother of 3 children prioritizes eating steamed and boiled foods, limits seasoning, cuts sugar as much as possible, and eats good fruits such as avocados, bananas, blueberries… with yogurt. no sugar.

During busy times, Thuy will use meal replacements to control the amount of calories taken into her body and supplement vitamins, minerals, and protein after exercise to strengthen and restore muscles. At the same time, “hot mom” tries to sleep at 11pm to ensure energy for the new day.

Thuy’s “jump rope fitness challenge” lasts 90 days. However, after only 35 days, the woman lost 6 kg of excess fat and returned to her previous weight of 57 kg.

After a period of practice, Thuy realized there are many schools of rope jumping, for each subject with specific goals such as for people practicing boxing, footwork dancing combined with shuffle dance movements, freestyle dancing combined with music, and rope throwing. …

According to Thuy, the amount of calories consumed when jumping rope is large, so it effectively reduces weight quickly and improves endurance. She can work and talk all day without feeling tired or out of breath, and the pain in her shoulders and neck due to lack of exercise also disappeared. The mother of 3 children sleeps well, sleeps deeply and is full of energy every morning when she wakes up.
