Athletico and Coritiba face the reality of the Brasileirão; watch Carneiro & Mafuz

“Coritiba is having difficulty acting with personality as a host. And this has left the white-knuckle fan intrigued. But it has also left us sports critics and coach Fernando Seabra with many doubts. Against Galo, Lucas Esquivel ended up as third defender, with Léo Derik playing more advanced on the left. Carneio and Mafuz, however, commented that the red-black coach is alone

“At Coritiba, at least, Seabra has the support of professionals, William Thomas, the football director. Odair doesn’t have the support of anyone within Athletico. He’s an island. There’s no director, no supervisor. It’s him and his assistant. So, it’s difficult for Odair too. Sometimes, I’m even worried about criticizing him, despite his mistakes. Athletico is in a state of abandonment in football, which is a crazy thing”, lamented Mafuz.
