CBC & Clubes Expo will have Giba, Vanderlei Cordeiro de Lima and more Olympic medalists

Vanderlei Cordeiro de Lima participates in the panel “History and Sports Achievements” alongside Mauren Maggi, the first Brazilian Olympic gold medalist in individual events, and Caio Bonfim, world champion in 2025 in race walking and silver at the last Olympics, in Paris. Their talk is on the first day, starting at 5pm.

Giba opens the last day, on Saturday (25), at 2pm, with the talk “Management wins the game”. There is also a panel by former swimmer Gustavo Borges, owner of four Olympic Games medals and currently owner of a swimming school in Curitiba. He will talk to the public on Friday (24), at 5pm.

In addition to them, other confirmed speakers are former sailor Robert Scheidt, the second greatest Brazilian medalist in the history of the Olympics, the president of Flamengo, Luiz Eduardo Baptista, better known as Bap, and Marco Antônio La Porta, president of the COB (Brazilian Olympic Committee).

According to the president of the Brazilian Club Committee, Paulo Maciel, holding another edition in Campinas reinforces the growth of the event and its relevance in the sporting scene.

“Each edition of CBC & Clubes Expo helps to consolidate the commitment to the development of Brazilian sport. Bringing together all these important names in the same environment strengthens the exchange of experiences and directly contributes to the training of new talents and the evolution of sports management in the country”says Maciel.

What is the CBC & Clubs Expo

In total, more than 100 clubs from all over Brazil will be represented in debates on sports management, athlete training and sports development. CBC & Clubes Expo 2026 should offer more than 150 hours of activations. Participation is free, upon registration on the official website.

Last year, the event recorded impressive numbers, which reflect its impact on the national sporting scene. The event lasted five days, with an average of 2,500 people per day, bringing together 515 clubs, 31 national confederations and leagues, 20 São Paulo federations, as well as representatives from 27 state sports departments and 24 municipal departments from Brazilian capitals.

The space had an area of ​​8,380 m2, 150 hours of activations, 75 brand and exhibitor stands, all with interactive experiences, in addition to 140 speakers.
