Inter are Italian champions. It is the 21st championship

Inter are Italian champions with three matchdays to spare. The 2-0 victory over Parma at San Siro in the Sunday postponement of the 35th matchday, also in light of the results of Napoli (0-0 in Como yesterday) and Milan (beaten 2-0 by Sassuolo), gives the Nerazzurri the 21st scudetto in their history.

The scudetto at home after 39 years

After 39 years, the Nerazzurri return to celebrate the tricolor at home. The goals that allow Chivu’s boys to cross the finish line bear the signatures of Thuram and Mkhitaryan. At San Siro, a good Parma can do nothing against Inter’s enthusiasm and hunger to capitalize on the match point. It took the hosts a long time to undermine Parma’s organized low block.
