Worrying information about the Norwegian team – how is Haaland doing?

WC sensation working Norway struggles to stay healthy. A long tournament, travelling, hotels, planes, air conditioning, different climate and a big group of people together.

It has taken its toll. Norwegian coach Ståle Solbakken says the news agency for Reutersthat some of Norway’s players have been unwell before the upcoming game. In the historic World Cup quarter-final, Norway will face England on the night between Saturday and Sunday Finland time.

“There are 50 people in the Norwegian travel party, so it would be strange if something didn’t show up,” the coach stated.

Solbakken says that the attacker Jörgen Strand Larsen is one of those struggling with health issues.

“We have really only had Jörgen, who has had a fever, but then there has been a bit of a cough and hoarseness sporadically,” Solbakken said.

More specifically, Solbakken did not single out players who had a slight cough or hoarseness. The fact that there are more symptomatic players in the team threatens all members. For example, Norway’s star player Erling Haalandin getting sick would be a total disaster for the team.

Haaland has scored seven goals on World Cup turf. Above is only Argentina Lionel Messi with eight hits. France has reached the same thing with Haaland Kylian Mbappe.

Before the Brazil game Marcus Holmgren Pedersen dropped out of the team due to illness. Norway defeated Brazil 2-1 and advanced to the top eight. The Norwegian men’s national team has never before reached this far in the World Cup.
