Laine has been dating an American model Jordan Leigh’n with for several months already.

Most recently, Leigh showed her support for Lainee when she applied for the treatment program of the NHL and the players’ association.

Laine said that the reason for applying for the treatment program was mental health problems.

“I have realized how important it is to prioritize one’s own mental health and well-being. Hockey has always been my passion and my life, but now I need to focus on myself so that I can be the best version of myself possible,” Laine wrote in the Instagram Stories section in late January.

Leigh shared the post on her own account. He wrote along with the share:

“Mental health is health. I am more than proud of my husband.”

Columbus announced at the end of March that Laine will not play again this season.

Before entering the treatment program, Laine’s season was marred by injuries. He played only 18 matches in the regular season with an output of 6+3=9.
