Barça defeats Levante Las Planas and comes back before playing against Chelsea

This Wednesday, Barça completed its match on matchday 24 of League F by beating Levante Las Planas (2-4), where it rotated its starting team thinking in advance about the next match this Saturday against Chelsea in search of the final of Champions.

The Barça team had a very busy first half at the Camp Municipal Les Planes, when they found themselves behind on the scoreboard for the first time in the League and, furthermore, twice (1-2). Allegra Poljak and Irina Uribe caused a surprise in the derby but, despite the rotation, Barça did not fail.

He did form an Alexia Putellas in the eleven who acted as a reference in the midfield along with a Clàudia Pina who scored two goals and participated in the third. Jonatan Giráldez’s men completed their comeback with Marta Torrejón and Bruna Vilamala before the break.

The second half no longer had that frenzy of goals and Barça controlled the ball without aim to increase their advantage. The culé team thus adds 70 points to the 58 of Real Madrid, second, with six games remaining in a League that they are already close to celebrating in Barcelona for the fifth consecutive year.

Before that, Giráldez’s team will try to stay in contention in the Champions League in search of another final, for which they will have to come back from the semi-final on Saturday in London after the 0-1 draw that Chelsea took from the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys last Saturday.
