New Balance and EA SPORTS have announced a collaboration for the launch of the Irmão Tekela Pro FG V4+ football boots, dedicated to the young Brazilian talent Endrick. The boots, inspired by the player’s hometown, Valparaíso De Goiás, were made available in EA Sports FC 25 starting December 5th, ahead of the market launch scheduled for December 10th. “Irmão”, which means “brother” in Portuguese, is a key term in the Valparaíso anthem De Goiás. The design of the Tekela “Irmão” Edition recalls the colors and graphics of the flag and the city’s landscape, symbolizing Endrick’s connection to his roots. Endrick was one of the first athletes to participate in the GEN/EA Sports program, an initiative aimed at supporting young emerging talents in various disciplines. The collaboration with New Balance underlines EA Sports’ commitment to promoting and enhancing new generations of athletes.
The Tekela Pro FG V4+ are designed to offer control and precision to the most technical players. The Hypoknit upper with low lace closure ensures an optimal fit and greater contact with the ball. The 3D FuelCell insert ensures comfort and responsiveness with every step. In addition to the cleats, New Balance has created a collection of “Irmão”-themed digital elements for FC 25, including a kit, a stadium theme and an exclusive accessory for the Ultimate Team mode. The New Balance “Irmão” Tekela Pro FG V4+ will be available for purchase from December 10th on the official New Balance website and at selected retailers at the price of €240.
