OVHcloud restructures organization for business segment

The multinational company OVHcloud has announced a reorganization of its internal structure aimed at consolidating its presence in the corporate segment and in the public sector, in a context in which community regulations and technological autonomy affect the digital transition plans of large organizations. Among the main institutional projects in which the group is already involved is the European Commission’s Cloud III framework, a contract awarded to OVHcloud within a consortium of European companies for the provision of protected cloud services to EU institutions.

The new managerial configuration, which will become fully operational starting from 1 September 2026, sees the appointment of Bruno Ronsse in the role of Corporate Chief Revenue Officer and member of the group’s Executive Committee. Ronsse will coordinate a team of executives located in the main markets of the continent with the aim of supporting strategic customers and simplifying cloud and AI implementation processes even within highly regulated regulatory environments. The commercial team will consist of Sylvie Houlière Mayca for the markets of France, Belgium, Luxembourg and MEA, Emma Dennard for the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Nordics and Canada, Helen Wohlfarth-Kuhn for Germany and Poland and John Gazal for the Spanish market.

Marco Giletta, Managing Director Corporate OVHcloud

Within the new continental organizational structure focused on the corporate sector, Marco Giletta, already included in the selection of one hundred managers of reference by Forbes Italia in 2025, takes on the role of Corporate Managing Director for Italy. The assignment reflects the company’s investment plans on the Italian market, a strategic move that fits in with recent local technical developments, culminating with the opening of the first national data center and the activation of the three-availability zone (3-AZ) region.

In parallel with the commercial reorganization, the growing needs related to national security have pushed the company to structure an internal division dedicated exclusively to the defense sector at a European level. The responsibility for coordinating these local teams has been entrusted to Guy Fournier, with the aim of increasing the group’s response capabilities towards those institutional projects that require a multi-local approach compliant with European security restrictions.

On the external partnership frontthe company plans to activate programs aimed at facilitating the integration of sovereign artificial intelligence systems for strategic partners in the business segment, a move which will see the operational involvement of Patrick Détriché on French territory. Under profile global infrastructure, the company currently operates a network of more than 500,000 servers across 46 data centers across four continentsproviding services to approximately 1.6 million customers located in over 140 countries.
