Asus and the challenge of the business market: the local AI revolution

On the occasion of Computex, the Taipei event where the future of the computer sector is shown every year, AdnKronos Tech&Games met Kayin Chang, Commercial BU, GTM Head of Asus, to understand how the company is redefining its strategy in the business PC market. With thirty years of experience in the consumer sector, Asus aims to undermine the idea that commercial devices must be boring, bringing the philosophy, aesthetics and innovation of iconic lines such as ROG and Zenbook to the business world. At the center of the conversation, the native integration of artificial intelligence: an ecosystem that ranges from powerful AI servers to on-device solutions, where small local language models (LLMs) and advanced security systems such as ExpertGuardian guarantee efficiency and maximum protection of company data directly on the hardware, reducing cloud dependency and costs.
