The FunCooler 3 Pro is a refrigerator for mobile phones designed specifically for “gaming” that can lower the temperature of its touch surface by up to 30 degrees Celsius, according to tech startup Black Shark.
On announcement was made by the manufacturer with expertise in the area of video game devices as part of IFA 2022, which gets underway this Friday, September 2, in Berlin (Germany).
The FunCooler 3 Pro has enhanced its cooling capacity by 72% compared to earlier models and makes use of a cooling chip TEC tailored that functions over a surface of 1404 millimeters (mm). As a result, the temperature can be lowered by up to 30 degrees.
Its 20W output is nearly three times greater than that of the Funcooler 2 Pro, the model it replaces. Additionally, the cooling plate of the phone is constructed of copper, which has a high thermal conductivity and promises to conduct cold more easily and cool the device quickly. In fact, the manufacturer claims that by removing it from the device, its temperature may be lowered to zero degrees in 45 seconds.
Compared to the previous generation, the heat sink area has increased by about 2.27 times. Overall, the FunCooler 3 Pro keeps the same heatsink as the FunCooler 2 Pro, which boosts the pace of dissipation and speeds up heat dispersion. But the material of the heat-conducting silicone pad has been improved for greater thermal conductivity.
AN ERGONOMIC DESIGN INSPIRED BY THE FUTURE
The FunCooler 3 Pro has a bicolor structure that is futuristic in style. On the one hand, the purple switch provides a fresh form of interaction that is more reminiscent of a “gaming” look.
Anodizing, a dual exposure technique, is used to create the metallic component of the logo, which draws attention to both the bright and dark surfaces. In order to give gamers a more immersive gaming experience, the exterior part is also built with a Kevlar pattern and the RGB light belt is extended around the surface of the shell.
The clamps on the Black Shark FunCooler 3 Pro have an ergonomic grip that prevents contact with the side buttons of smartphones and increases compatibility with devices ranging in width from 67mm to 88mm. Additionally, it has a brand-new air duct design that disperses heat vertically while preventing heat buildup in your hands while you play.
A SHARK ARSENAL SERVED BY RGB LIGHT
The user can control the FunCooler 3 Pro and set RGB light effects, cooling modes, and timed shutdown with the software Shark Arsenal.
You can choose from a variety of light effects, choose a color scheme, alter the speed of the lights, or turn them off in the lighting settings. Additionally, you can select from manual or smart cooling settings.
The refrigeration temperature can be adjusted manually between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius (oC), whereas the mode automatically adjusts cooling performance in real-time to provide cooling that is more suited to the needs of the device.
The FunCooler 3 Pro will automatically shut off when the temperature is too high (above 60 degrees) or too low (below 5 degrees below zero), preventing the fan from being blocked and potentially dangerous breakdowns.
