Anthropic and NVIDIA, Claude models land on Blackwell Ultra architecture in Azure

The integration between Anthropic’s language models and NVIDIA’s computing infrastructure marks a further advancement in Microsoft Azure’s enterprise cloud offering. The general availability of Claude models within Microsoft Foundry, now supported by NVIDIA GB300 Blackwell Ultra GPUs, provides organizations with a technology foundation designed for the development and deployment of autonomous, domain-focused AI agents.

L‘adoption of NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, supported by NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking technologyaims to increase inference efficiency and reduce total operational costsfacilitating the creation of complex systems capable of operating across different company functions.

The collaboration between NVIDIA and Anthropic also extends to the integration of specific development tools, which allow enterprises to equip Claude-based agents with specialized skills through access to accelerated computing. To ensure system governance, companies can use the “NVIDIA Secure Agent Workspace Reference Design”, a reference scheme that allows you to manage identities, network access, credentials and runtime policies directly at the infrastructural level.

This new implementation represents the evolution of the strategic partnership announced by Microsoft, NVIDIA and Anthropic in November 2025, aimed at expanding access to artificial intelligence technologies for the industrial sector and enhancing accelerated computing capabilities for managing intelligent agents. This synergy aims to transform AI agents into structural components of organizational operationsequipping them with the technical capabilities needed to accelerate critical business processes in secure and controlled environments.
