Hrvatski Telekom presents a new phase of AI transformation in cooperation with Beyond Now

The new phase of cooperation includes the application of artificial intelligence in three key areas:

the introduction of services and products based on artificial intelligence for business users in Croatia, including an AI personal assistant that will provide support to users based on the Beyond Now Wave AI platform, the integration of artificial intelligence and agent artificial intelligence into business support systems (BSS), commercial and sales processes in order to quickly bring products and services to the market, to solve user requests in real time and reduction of operational complexity, the application of artificial intelligence in internal tools and work processes in order to simplify operations and work faster and more efficiently.

Beyond Now and Hrvatski Telekom are gradually introducing the possibilities of agent artificial intelligence into business processes, with a focus on applications that bring measurable business results. This includes agent artificial intelligence that simplifies sales processes and the processing of large business orders, enables a dynamic user interface, and supports the autonomous resolution of user requests throughout the entire service life cycle, including upgrades, discount approvals, and changes to business solutions.

Such an approach reflects Hrvatski Telekom’s pragmatic strategy in the application of artificial intelligence – AI is not introduced as a goal in itself, but it is already integrated into business processes, commercial systems and user experiences where it can improve the user experience, reduce operational complexity and open new sources of growth.

With this phase of cooperation, Hrvatski Telekom will further consolidate its position as one of the leaders in the practical application of artificial intelligence in the European telecommunications industry, showing how operators can move from the phase of digital transformation to the phase of AI-supported business growth, with a constant focus on creating value for users.

This new phase builds on the B2B digital transformation that Hrvatski Telekom and Beyond Now started in 2023 with the modernization of the BSS environment and the establishment of a fully digital shopping experience for business users. Through the Beyond Now BSS Plus platform, Hrvatski Telekom digitized and automated the processes of purchasing, ordering and monetizing services, enabling business users to order complete solutions via the Internet in just a few minutes. This reduced the ordering time by 57%, while the launch of new products was accelerated from the previous six to nine months to significantly shorter deadlines.
