Muse Image: this way you can prevent your photos from being used to create images with Meta’s AI | artificial intelligence | instagram

Meta opened the controversy this week with Muse Image, its new artificial intelligence model for generating images, which was developed by Meta Superintelligence Labs. However, despite being a very advanced model, it raises doubts due to the improper use of images on social networks such as Instagram.

But there is also a way to disable the use of your photos for generating images.

The most direct option would be for your account to no longer be public. But there is also another method indicated by Wired. First you have to enter the Profile and then press the three lines located in the upper right corner of the screen.

The next thing is to go to the Share tab and reuse. The Allow others to use your content section will be found on Instagram and with AI features in Meta. There are two switches for Posts and another for Reels.

Of course, according to the medium, images that were already created with AI using your own content can no longer be deleted.
