Domenico Montano appointed CEO of Human Company

The Human Company Group has formalized the renewal of its top management through the appointment of Domenico Montano to the position of CEO. The decision of the Board of Directors marks a line of strategic continuity, consolidating the position of the manager who, starting from 2021, has held the role of General Manager, supervising the expansion and operational evolution of the company.

The industrial plan that the new management will be asked to implement provides for total investments of more than 350 million euros. The significant infrastructure projects that will define the Group’s growth over the next four years include: structures at hu Eraclea Mare and hu Cavriglia Sport Village. These interventions are part of a development model that aims to combine the growth of tourism turnover with sustainability parameters and shared value for local communities.

Montano, born in 1976, has oriented the company strategy towards an acceleration of digitalisation processes, aimed at optimizing the direct relationship with the guest and improving management performance. The manager, who also maintains the role of Board Advisor of Mercato Centrale, coordinated the digital transformation of the Human Company’s operational infrastructure during his previous mandate.
