Information from the Mi Code database confirms that the global variant (26122PN61G) is being prepared for the markets of Turkey, the European Economic Area (EEA), Russia, Taiwan and Japan. This move is important because the 18 Pro also brings a secondary screen on the back, a feature that caused great interest in the 17 Pro model, but also disappointment because it remained limited to China. With this, Xiaomi corrects that omission and offers the international audience a full experience, not a weakened version of the flagship. It is interesting that India, one of Xiaomi’s key markets, according to current data, is not on the list for the Pro model, although the basic and new Pro Max models are said to arrive there.

Xiaomi 18 Pro brings hardware from the top of the range to compete with the biggest players like Samsung and Apple. The 200 MP Samsung ISOCELL HP5 telephoto camera and the 50 MP ultra-wide camera are also mentioned. Autonomy should be ensured by a massive battery with a capacity of around 7000 mAh, with support for 100W wireless and 50W wireless charging. There’s also a dedicated AI key, suggesting the deep integration of artificial intelligence into the new HyperOS 4.
