Konami Digital Entertainment has announced the winners of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Series 2026, the tournament that brings together the best duelists on the planet every year. The final was held at the Tokyo Garden Theater, a setting that hosted the decisive challenges for the assignment of the world titles in the four official categories of the game.
In the Trading Card Game, the historic discipline of the franchise, the Canadian Mario Angelo De Micco got the better of the British Josh Kelly, winning the title of Yu-Gi-Oh! World Champion 2026 at the end of a duel that was decisive for the fate of the tournament.
In Master Duel, the digital version of the game, the title went to the South Korean team Called by Army, formed by Minsung Kim (CER.Sana), Hyunsoo Lee (A1.cutesnail) and Jisuk Kim (CER.subaduck), who overcame their rivals Glory Future in a team final played with the 3 against 3 formula.
Duel Links also awarded its own awards, divided into the two formats that characterize the mobile title. In the Speed Duel, the success went to the German Philipp Thomas (Snyffus), who overtook the Japanese Eito Sato. In Rush Duel, however, the title remained in Japan thanks to the success of Takuma Kitamura.
