Zendaya, will she be Lara Croft in the next Tomb Raider movie?

The most impactful detail concerns the direction, which rumors attribute to Christopher Nolan, marking an unprecedented combination between the British author and an intellectual property born in the video game scene.

The rumors also outline a time window placed in the first months of 2028 for the possible start of filming. If the indiscretion finds an official confirmation, it would be the third cinematic incarnation for the archaeologist created by Core Design, after the films starring Angelina Jolie and the 2018 reboot with Alicia Vikander.
