The material has fireproof, soundproof, and high bending strength properties and can be used to manufacture ultra-light panels, walls, ceilings, and imitation stone panels.

The product has high diversity when combined with a number of other additives to create stone-patterned plasterboard, fireproof plaster used in karaoke bars, factory walls to prevent noise… During the process Treating agricultural waste with biotechnology, fertilizer by-products will be sold to offset production costs, thereby reducing product costs.

3. Smart learning gateway for preschool students in mountainous areas

The project was created by the Hoa Sen Kindergarten group (Tuyen Quang City) to help preschool children in mountainous areas have early access to 4.0 technology to develop their thinking through creative learning lessons. The product supports teachers in preschool education program lessons such as math games, storytelling, language development and environmental exploration. The product is completely new and applies many smart technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), embedded programming, remote control technology… making lessons interesting, consistent with STEM teaching innovations in educational levels.

4. Smart helmets for motorbikes and electric vehicles

The product “Smart helmets for motorbikes and electric vehicles” is an initiative to bring safety to motorbike and electric vehicle drivers when participating in traffic in Vietnam. A group of students from Son Duong High School (Tuyen Quang) found a new technical solution to help improve helmets and locate helmets when lost. The group expects the product to be convenient, ensure safety, and help people be more conscious when participating in traffic.

5. Highland warm water stove

The idea of taking advantage of the excess heat of a wood stove to create hot water, store and use was developed by Thuy Son Nang group (Quang Nam). The system is based on the heat convection mechanism, combining many functions to form a complete hot water system, without incurring installation and maintenance costs. The water in the kitchen is divided into two layers: hot and cold, the kitchen surface is not too hot, always below 100 degrees Celsius. After nearly 5 years of installing the system at schools and medicinal garden households, the system carries bring practical value to help improve the quality of life in mountainous areas.

6. “Green” concrete products transmit light and have high strength

Light-transmitting “green” concrete products come in thin sheets with a thickness of about 15 mm to 25 mm. The product is developed from reused “green” concrete that combines glass waste with fly ash waste, bottom slag from waste incineration power plants and water filtration plant sludge and is completely free of waste. use cement. This is unprecedented concrete on the Vietnamese market because the source of light-conducting materials is waste materials with low prices. The product is used in structures such as covering and bearing for buildings, used for interior and exterior decoration, tile products or used as lighting.

7. PEDRIC – Sustainable solution to the plastic waste problem

With the core mechanism of biological enrichment (Bioaugmentation), PEDRIC is a solution for applying plastic decomposing bacteria, providing a new direction in the field of plastic waste treatment in Vietnam. The solution exploits the ability of microorganisms to adapt to harsh living environments, forcing microorganisms to use the only carbon source, LDPE plastic, to survive in order to improve the ability to secrete special enzymes that destroy bacteria. Breaks the chemical bonds in the durable molecular structure of LDPE plastic into simpler compounds that can be recycled or completely decomposed. The use of plastic-degrading bacteria helps treat used and non-recyclable plastic products, targeting unsorted household waste.

8. New wind power generation equipment combines TENG technology and vertical axis wind turbines

The uniqueness of the design lies in the combination of TENG (Triboelectric Nanogenerator) technology and mechanical oscillation conversion device. This combination helps the device take advantage of the ability of the converter’s vertical shaft fan to collect wind from multiple directions. At the same time, promoting the advantages of contact-separation mode such as high pressure source and easy integration of many different material layers for higher performance. Thanks to using FDM 3D printing technology and taking advantage of recycled plastic materials, the product has an affordable price but still has good strength. The device is intended to power autonomous IoT systems in many fields such as agriculture, smart homes, danger warning sensors and electricity.

9. Early diagnosis, prognosis and development of treatment strategies for primary liver cancer based on F12 expression

Research has found and proven that F12 is an indicator that can help diagnose liver cancer. The research results have potential for clinical application and practice in early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of liver cancer patients. Accordingly, based on the expression of F12, it can be determined whether a person is at risk of liver cancer or not, and if so, what is that person’s prognosis. The application also indicates, with that prognosis, which treatment method the patient should use to have better results.

10. Automatic rotating plant rack system, supports automatic irrigation and lighting for indoor plants

The plant rack system is designed to direct water and nutrients through an underground pipe system mounted in the rotating shaft to support automatic irrigation for the homeowner. The system is improved from static plant hanging systems at home, running at low power levels to help save electricity for households.

11. Applying IoT technology to manufacture equipment to detect and handle dust concentrations in the air at coir and coco peat production facilities in Ben Tre province

This product is capable of measuring PM2.5 dust concentration and transmitting information via the Internet to calculate the AQI index, determine air quality and notify users. The product also has the ability to automatically handle dust in the air.

12. Machines for seeding, spraying, and fertilizing rice plants use multiple propellers

Airboots agricultural machines are a new generation of super light weight agricultural vehicles. The vehicle is superior to conventional drones in tasks such as spraying, fertilizing and seeding.

The highlight of the machine is the use of many small floats (slides) designed to move around the rice fields easily, without getting muddy, without leaving water channels, but the machine can still move and does not cause damage. damage rice plants. Product by Associate Professor. Dr. Vu Ngoc Anh developed and has been registered for patent protection in July 2023.

13. iFilter product with lime separation filtration solution using Electric Field Disc technology

With an ionization ability 20 times higher than conventional electrolysis, the iFilter solution has the ability to ionize and filter, making it effective in separating lime and chlorine for applications in agriculture, seafood, and swimming pools. . The product has a modular filtration capacity of 0.2~5 m3/h, with a filtration efficiency of up to 85%. Currently, it has been applied to filter and remove lime from lime-contaminated drilled well water in the Central Highlands and create chlorinated water from white-legged shrimp farming water.

14. Technology to convert paper mill waste sludge into nanocellulose and application to produce high quality paper

The Biomass Lab research team converted paper sludge into bacterial cellulose (a form of cellulose with a 3D nano-structured morphology) using a combined biochemical method. Bacterial cellulose products are a valuable, potential raw material that can be created in large quantities from the huge waste resources of the paper industry. Useful solution for paper manufacturing businesses, helping factories solve part of the waste treatment burden, contributing to the circular economy.
