‘Speaking practice’, Google’s new tool with AI to improve your level of English

Google works on a tool that will help English students practice oral expression with interactive exercises powered by artificial intelligence (AI), directly from the Search Engine.

‘Speaking practice’ is the name of the new tool that Google has incorporated into Labs, an experimentation laboratory to which any user can register.

This novelty, still in development, uses generative AI to propose interactive exercises when users perform a translation in the Search Engine from an Android device, as the company confirmed to TechCrunch after a user shared on networks social a series of captures.

Although Google has incorporated it into Labs, it is available on a trial basis in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, India and Indonesia for English learners, who allow them to practice speaking sentences in context.
