2 per thousand modification to the parties, the Quirinale’s findings

A notice to Parliament would have arrived from the Quirinale after an amendment was filed to the tax law which reforms the distribution of the 2 per thousand to the parties. There are three profiles on which Colle’s findings were recorded, as Il Sole24 Ore also writes: the changes to the current legislation contained in the amendment are inconsistent with the text of the decree which must have the characteristics of necessity and urgency, a reform would require of a more detailed ad hoc provision and the amendment has an impact on public finances. For this reason, after having studied the wording of the text, the head of state informed the presidency of the Senate that if the amendment was given the green light, there could be difficulties when signing it.
