“If he had a headache a few days ago, now he has dizziness,” the lawyer said.
A week ago, the lawyers of the youth who received the status of accused after the incident with the Prime Minister in St. Anna’s Church appealed to the General Court with a request to release the boy from custody, but they still have no answers.
18-year-old Davit Minasyan is accused of hooliganism and violence against an official in order to obstruct his political activities, his brother Mikael is accused of supporting him, and public figure Gevorg Gevorgyan of organizing all this. If convicted, they face 2-5 years in prison.
