Moscow urges foreign citizens and diplomats to leave Kyiv

Russia has called on foreign nationals and diplomats to leave Kiev, warning that it plans to launch more strikes on the Ukrainian capital, including “decision-making centers”.

“The strikes will target both decision-making centers and command posts … We warn foreign citizens, including employees of diplomatic missions and international organizations, to leave the city as soon as possible,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Moscow claims this is a response to Ukraine’s drone strike last Friday, which targeted a student dormitory. Ukraine claimed an elite drone commando unit was hit.
