Iranian Foreign Minister: “Israel’s refusal to withdraw troops from Lebanon will be a violation of the agreement”

According to him, the memorandum concerns such issues as the end of hostilities, the Strait of Hormuz, the naval blockade and economic recovery. During the next phase, which will last 60 days, the nuclear program and the lifting of sanctions will be discussed.

“The end of hostilities in Lebanon is an integral part of the memorandum. Israel must stop attacks on Lebanese territory and completely withdraw troops from Lebanon. Failure to do this will be perceived by Iran as a violation of the agreement,” he said.
