(22) was assigned as a so-called “bouncer” and observed the beginning of the hostage-taking: “The perpetrator was at the checkout, didn’t want to put the goods on the checkout conveyor and then suddenly pulled out the knife,” the young man told BILD on Saturday morning and added: “It was definitely a big knife, a sparkling knife.” Elijah C. fled and got to safety.
