The Tsar drew attention to “recent decisions of the European Union”, underlining how the authorities of some countries are trying – in his opinion – in violation of international maritime law, to limit the movement of ships belonging to peaceful Russian economic operators. The president also added that the idea of ​​seizing Russian aircraft to resell the stolen property has even recently emerged.
