Russians have already attacked three passenger trains in Ukraine today

Then a passenger train on the Dnipro-Zaporozhie route was attacked. Oleksandr Pertsovsky, head of “Ukrzaliznytsia” (“Ukrainian Railways”) company, noted that it was a targeted hit on the train. The train was stopped, the passengers were evacuated.

After that, the Russian military attacked another passenger train in Sumy region. According to Pertsovsky, the train was stopped, the passengers were evacuated, some of them, however, received shrapnel injuries.

According to Grigorov, eight people were injured as a result of attacks on two commuter trains.

According to Pertsovsky, this is a “terrible hunting day” for passenger trains. He emphasized that railway transport and infrastructure in front-line settlements are among Russia’s main targets, and called on passengers to evacuate to safe places in time.

“In 99 percent of cases, or even more, trains stop on time in case of danger,” assured the head of Ukrainian Railways.
