The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has conveyed his condolences to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, on the third anniversary of the attacks by Palestinian militias that left more than 1,200 dead in Israeli territory and unleashed the military offensive in the Gaza Strip.
“I have spoken with Bibi Netanyahu and I have wished her the best,” Trump declared in a meeting with the press at the White House before leaving for Texas.
The president of the United States has remembered 7-O as “a horrible day, a horrible tragedy” and has assured that “the other side”, in relation to Hamas and the rest of the Palestinian militias, “is paying an enormous price for what they did.”
The US Vice President, JD Vance, has also joined in the condolences for the attack, “one of the worst Islamic terrorist attacks of our lifetimes”, before remembering the deceased. “May his memory be a blessing,” he wrote on social networks.
