China has confirmed discussions about a possible meeting between Trump, Xi and Putin

Trump expressed his willingness to participate in the meeting, but prefers to discuss issues of nuclear disarmament, not the war in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier recently announced that Xi Jinping emphasized in his conversation that China is not preparing for negotiations on Ukraine with the participation of Russia and the United States. According to Steinmeier, the Chinese leader also noted that the Europeans should participate in these negotiations.
