On Saturday afternoon, a 3-point earthquake occurred in the Armenia-Turkey border zone.

According to the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, the seismological network of the Territorial Service of Seismic Protection recorded the earthquake with a magnitude of 2.5 at 14:39 local time (10:39 GMT), at the geographical coordinates of 40.06 degrees north latitude and 44.14 degrees east longitude, 14 km from the city of Armavir. southeast, at a depth of 10 km of the hearth.

The earthquake was felt in the villages of Vardanashen, Margara and Nalbandyan of Armavir region with a magnitude of 2-3.
