Police in the United Arab Emirates have detained eight Israelis and one Egyptian on suspicion of involvement in the murder of Rasan Shamsia.
Earlier it was reported about the detention of three Israelis.
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Rasan Shamsia, a 30-year-old resident of Akko, was killed in Dubai. According to media reports, he was killed in one of the parking lots. Dozens of stab wounds were found on his body.
It is assumed that the murder occurred on the basis of a conflict between two criminal clans.
