A three-year-old killed his one-year-old sister with a gun. It happened at a home in San Diego, California, local authorities said on Tuesday.
It is not yet known who reported the shooting on Monday morning or where the children’s parents were at the time of the incident. Police patrols found the one-year-old girl with “head trauma,” authorities said.
The child was taken to Palomar Hospital, where she died of her injuries an hour later. Local authorities are currently gathering more information about the incident.
