Las autoridades prorrusas acusan a Ucrania de un ataque con bombas de racimo contra una escuela en Lugansk

The pro-Russian authorities of the province of Lugansk, located in eastern Ukraine, have denounced this Thursday an attack with cluster bombs against a school in the town of Lisichansk that functions as a “temporary accommodation center”.

The Lisichansk Mayor’s Office has indicated in a message on its Telegram account that “‘Ucrofascists’ have attacked a school in Lisichansk” and has denounced that “cluster munitions, prohibited by the Geneva Convention, were used.”
