Air bombs are a weapon that uses oxygen from the air around it, in order to produce an intense explosion at a high temperature and for a long time. The unusual attack was carried out after the severe terrorist attack that happened in a theater near Moscow last Friday evening.

A few days ago, the Investigative Committee in Russia published a video showing blindfolded ISIS terrorists being led to its headquarters in Moscow. All four appeared in the district court in Samani later in the evening, with severe signs of violence on their bodies at the end of their interrogation by the Russian security forces. They were accused of carrying out a terrorist attack “that resulted in the death of a person”, an offense for which the maximum penalty is life imprisonment.

Videos purporting to show the interrogations of the suspects were previously circulated on Telegram. In one of them, the members of the security forces are seen cutting off the ear of one of the suspects and stuffing it into his mouth. Another shows a suspect beaten by a rifle butt. In another video, one of the suspects is seen handcuffed on the floor, with his pants rolled down and cables attached to his penis.

When the four were brought to court, one of the suspects, 32-year-old Dalradjon Barotovich Mirzoev, appeared bruised, bloodied and exhausted in a secure cell with glass windows. The other suspect, who was seen in a similar cell, was Sidekarmi Morodali Rachbelizoda. His eye looked black from a hemorrhage and a bandage appeared to be covering his right ear.

The third suspect, 25-year-old Shamsudin Faridun, had a swollen face and the fourth, 19-year-old Mohammad-Sober Faizov, was apparently unconscious and was taken to the scene in a wheelchair and without handcuffs. According to authorities, all four are citizens of Tajikistan.
