It is good to receive confirmation from the EU mission that no unusual movement was observed at the border. Klaar

The observation mission of the European Union (EU) monitored the Armenian-Azerbaijani border all day today and reported that everything is calm.

“No unusual movement was observed,” said the mission X’s note.

Commenting on this post, Toivo Klaar, the EU’s special representative for the South Caucasus, wrote in his turn that it is good to have a confirmation from the EU observation mission in Armenia that no unusual military movements have been observed.

“This is exactly the purpose of the mission: to ensure greater transparency and create trust. We remain open to more active interaction with the authorities of Azerbaijan,” he noted.

This morning, the Azerbaijani side claimed that it “observes active movement of Armenian armed forces” in different parts of the border, then threatened. The military department of Armenia denied this message.

These days, various representatives of the authorities did not rule out looking for excuses to start aggression behind various statements of Baku.
