Aircraft-type kamikaze drones hit a long-range radar station (radar) in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, which controlled the sky 700 km deep into Ukraine, a source in the Security Service of Ukraine told the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

“This time, the Russians have one less modernized Nebo-U complex, which helped the enemy identify Ukrainian weapons and supported bombers attacking the Ukrainian borderland with KABs,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to him, the radar worth $100 million hit seven aircraft-type kamikaze drones, as a result of which the Nebo-U complex was disabled.

The source recalled that this is the second Nebo-U complex that was destroyed by the 13th Main Directorate of Military Counterintelligence of the SBU – the first was destroyed in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

Also, according to the agency’s interlocutor, the Kasta-2E2 radar complex was recently disabled near temporarily occupied Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region.
