A Canadian businessman with an Israeli passport was killed in Egypt.  The version of the terrorist attack is being checked

On the evening of Tuesday, May 7, Canadian businessman Ziv Kipper, who also had an Israeli passport, was shot dead in the Smouha quarter of the Egyptian city of Alexandria.

Kipper has been working in Egypt for the past 9 years, being the owner of the Egyptian company OK Group LLC, which produces frozen vegetables and fruits, and has offices in Israel and Ukraine.

The main version of the investigation is a terrorist attack, but other versions are also being considered.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said the Israeli Embassy in Cairo is in contact with Egyptian law enforcement authorities to return the businessman’s body to his homeland.

The Martyr Muhammad Salah Brigades in Egypt issued a statement claiming responsibility for Kipper’s murder.
