The world of credit cards and tourism in Israel has become particularly crowded in recent years. Almost every financial body now offers one way or another to accumulate points for the next vacation, which leaves the average consumer quite confused. In the meantime, a new-old player recently joined the market: FlyAll, a tourism company born from a collaboration between Cal and Ista, which simultaneously also launched a dedicated credit card.
To illustrate the strength of this new collaboration, the company flew for three days in Paphos, a team of influencers and stars such as Anna Aronov, Daniel Litman, Corinne Gideon, Taylor Malkov and more. The goal: to give a glimpse of one of the packages that the site offers to the general public.
The concept behind the vacation is simple: it is a vacation package that is carefully planned in advance – from the flights and transfers, to the accommodation and activities, so that the vacationers don’t have to think about anything. The experience that the influencers went through includes a direct flight and three nights at the WellClub resort, which offers spacious rooms, pampering pools, an impressive and beautiful view of the sea, and is also suitable for those looking for a kosher vacation (but not only). This package is offered as one structured package on the company’s website, along with other deals.
The main move here is Cal’s attempt to simplify the world of accumulating points and make such moments more accessible. “The card accumulates points when each point is worth a shekel. The market is saturated, but our card offers twice as much money back for flights and hotels all over the world,” explains Noya Parsol, director of FlyAll’s marketing department.
According to FlyAll, most existing airline tickets bind customers to one specific company or predetermined destinations. Here, on the other hand, you can use the points on any airline you want, Israeli or international, and at any hotel in the world. “The advantage is that you are not bound to one airline or a specific hotel chain, and we guarantee lower prices than Booking. If you find a lower price, your money will be returned.”
Anat Tzeldati, CEO of FlyAll, adds: “We founded the company with a vision to change the way a customer consumes a vacation, from the purchase to the return home. The customer comes from Kal, we know his profile and know how to create personalization – to recommend him restaurants or concerts in the destination in real time.”
Activities from morning to evening
The first day opened with a sunset cocktail next to the hotel’s upper pool, which is designed in a very photogenic style for an Instagram story, where there was also a free and rich alcohol bar with a selection of drinks and cocktails. From there we continued to a varied dinner with a selection of salads, cheeses, breads and fish. The food at the resort is completely adapted to the Israeli audience and kosher keepers, and the meal quickly turned into a traditional Greek tavern celebration, including dancers and of course the breaking of plates that introduced everyone to the local atmosphere.
The second morning opened early with a yoga class in the lower pool area (for fans of the genre), and after a rich breakfast that included raw fish, cheeses, vegetables and fruits, we set out for the main attraction: a cruise in the Blue Lagoon. The atmosphere is amazing with an alcohol bar that was open freely with cocktails and drinks, and the DJ on board that made sure to make everyone dance, the Blue Lagoon is without a doubt the most recommended experience of the trip, with crystal clear water and a breathtaking view.
After the cruise, we continued to a celebratory dinner at a kosher complex that hosts Israelis throughout the year, which guarantees a peaceful vacation, where everything is organized and scheduled in advance. The second part of the day was dedicated to rest and free time. While some of the group used these hours for shopping, the resort itself provided an excellent retreat for rest.
In the evening we repeated the format of a festive meal, this time in the lower pool, followed by a night pool party as expected with a DJ and an alcohol bar. On the third day, after another excellent breakfast, we already found ourselves on our way to the airport. The vacation itself was well organized, packages of this type are an excellent solution for comfort, but require a certain sacrifice of spontaneity.
This is where the promise to redeem the points in a wider way than just regular flights comes into play. “The goal is for the customer to accumulate money from their regular shopping, without spending more,” Zaldati concludes, “and use it for flights, ski vacations, or even tickets to World Cup soccer matches and concerts.”
Bottom line, promises like “cheaper than booking with commitment” and direct accumulation of NIS per point are very strong starting points against the competitors in the market. According to this vacation package, it can be said that the system will probably know how to provide the Israeli consumer with an affordable experience that is tailored to him.
So how does it work? For every purchase on a FlyAll credit card, points will be accumulated in the amount of 1% back and up to 1.2% for premium cards (in the first year), where each point is worth 1 shekel, so that the customer knows at any moment what value he has accumulated, without complex calculations and without surprises. A customer with a billing cycle of NIS 10,000 will return to his pocket up to 120 points in a month worth NIS 120 and in a year – up to 1,440 points in a value of NIS 1,440.
The points can be redeemed in the dedicated tourism arena flyall.co.il, which opens up a whole world of unlimited aviation and tourism products: flights at attractive prices on all Israeli airlines including El Al, Arkia and Israel and all international airlines. Hotels all over the world Guarantee for a cheaper price than Booking – if you found a lower price, the difference will be refunded.
