The first high-altitude artistic fireworks display was held at Eo Gio eco-tourism area, Quy Nhon Dong ward on the evening of July 11.
The event is within the framework of the Art Program Eo Gio – Dance of the blue sea. A large-scale outdoor stage will be staged on the beach, combining sound and lighting systems and many unique art performances. The high-altitude artistic fireworks display is expected to take place at 9:15 p.m., lasting about 15 minutes after the end of the music festival.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province, Eo Gio is one of the famous tourist symbols in Quy Nhon. The event held here is expected to become a highlight this summer, serving the enjoyment and entertainment needs of thousands of visitors on the weekend.
The program is part of a series of activities responding to the National Tourism Year 2026 organized by Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee with the companion of FLC Group.

Eo Gio is located on Phuong Mai peninsula, about 20 km northeast of Quy Nhon center, and is an iconic tourist destination of Gia Lai. This place is considered by tourism experts to be relatively wild. Currently, the area is being invested in building a welcome gate, a viewing platform and a coastal walking route.
This is the ideal place for visitors to see panoramic views of the sea and sky, interesting rocky rapids, catch the sunrise or enjoy the sunset.
At the end of January, Quy Nhon was honored as a “Clean Tourism City” for the third time at the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) held in Cebu, Philippines, affirming the position of Gia Lai tourism on the regional tourism map.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province, in the first 5 months of 2026, the whole province welcomed nearly 7 million visitors, an increase of 16.5% over the same period last year. Total revenue from tourists reached 15,200 billion VND, an increase of 19%.
