Israir company announced the renewal of the direct line to Marrakesh starting on September 1 and it will be operated for about two months, until the end of October. The flights are on a weekly basis, with the flights from Tel Aviv leaving every Tuesday afternoon and the flight from Marrakech also taking off on Tuesdays at midnight. The company’s announcement stated that the prices of the flights will start from $299 one way.
As a reminder, at the beginning of this month Arkia announced the resumption of the direct route to Marrakech already on August 24 after a three-year hiatus. The direct flights Morocco was stopped at the beginning of the Iron Swords War after the Israel Defense Forces raised the travel warning to the country to level 3, but in the last two years there were Israelis who continued to arrive in the country via connection flights from Spain, Germany and other destinations throughout Europe, although there were quite a few anti-Israel protests at the destination. Make sure that they have all the required permits before booking the flight and leaving for the destination.
