Emirates Airlines resumes processing procedures for passengers from Dubai

Emirates Airlines announced the lifting of the suspension of check-in for passengers from Dubai, as customers can now check-in for their scheduled flights.

Emirates Airlines urged its customers to go to the airport only if they have a confirmed flight reservation, as the airport remains crowded.

She said: “Customers affected by the cancellation of their flights must contact their travel agent or the Emirates Airlines call center to rebook. Emirates Airlines invites customers to check the latest updates to the flight schedule via the website, as customers can expect delays in departure and arrival flights.”

Emirates Airlines expressed its deepest apologies to the affected customers who were subjected to delays and disruption to their travel plans due to bad weather and road conditions, and said: “We appreciate how difficult this is for all those affected.”

She concluded: “While some customers were able to return home or reach their destination, we realize that many of them are still waiting for their flights, as our teams are intensifying their efforts to restore all our scheduled flights, in addition to providing safe accommodation and various other services to affected customers at the airport.”
