“They are shooting at us”: Rihanna recreates the moments of horror

Two months have passed since Rihanna and her rapper partner A$AP Rocky found themselves in the heart of a nightmare, when a 35-year-old woman started shooting at their home in Los Angeles. Now, new court documents are being revealed that shed light on the terrifying moments. According to the reports, the singer stayed at home with her mother, her three children and her partner who was sleeping during the event.

According to the documents, the singer was staying with her partner in a trailer parked at their home when the shots began to be heard. The rapper was sleeping at the time of the incident and the singer yelled at him: “They are shooting at us”, and pushed him to the floor of the trailer to protect him. The couple later told investigators that they spotted bullet holes in the trailer’s windshield.

Inside the house itself, stayed the three children of Rihanna and Aisap Rocky: Riza (4), Riot Rose (3) and one-year-old Rocky Irish, along with Rihanna’s mother who looked after them. The family claims that nearly ten bullets hit the property during the attack and one of them even penetrated the wall of the house.

The accused in the shooting, Ivana Lisette Ortiz, was arrested shortly after the incident with an assault rifle with which she allegedly fired from her vehicle. Ortiz was accused of attempted murder and weapons offences, but in court she denied the charges and claimed: “I did not try to murder”.

As you remember, Ortiz previously published disturbing and offensive messages towards the singer on Facebook, in which she called her derogatory names and invited her to confront her face to face. Rihanna, for her part, made it clear to the police that she had no idea who the woman was. Currently, Ortiz’s bail is over $10 million and she remains in custody.
