Five-star hotel to be built at Ben Gurion Airport

The hotel will be located adjacent to Terminal 3, above the baggage screening building on the east side of the terminal. The building will be eight floors, one floor underground; the total construction area will be approximately 31,532 sq. m. m.

The hotel will be built by the Brown chain of Israel Canada. Construction is due to begin in 2028.

The chain has already announced that the hotel will operate in a five-star format and will be aimed at business travelers, tourists, transit passengers, air crews, as well as residents of the north and south of the country who need to spend the night before or after departure.

The presented project includes 260 rooms, retail and service areas, a panoramic roof terrace with direct views of the runway, recreational and business infrastructure, a swimming pool, spa and conference center. In addition, guests will be able to take advantage of aviation services, in particular, check-in for a flight directly at the hotel.
