The party of Vardan Ghukasyan, nicknamed “Dog”, who is in prison in the USA, received more than 25 thousand votes in the elections, being left out of the parliament.

Levon Baghdasaryan, a lawyer included in the party’s list, told “Azat” earlier that “the basis of the application is the administrative resource, implemented in a total way, we have the relevant evidence, we will present it naturally, and the distribution of the total election bribe is also set.”

Today, the “Strong Armenia” bloc and the “Eaves of Unity” party also appealed to the CC.

The “Armenia” alliance and the “Prosperous Armenia” party are also preparing to appeal to the High Court.

The Constitutional Court is obliged to examine the case and make a decision no later than 15 days after the date of filing the application.
