HP 2026 strategy, artificial intelligence and hybrid work

HP presented in Milan the Italian version of its global strategy called “HP, for your best work – The future of work, nowThe event brought together customers, industrial partners and sector stakeholders to analyze the impact of generative artificial intelligence and automation systems in the daily management of business flows, proposing a model in which hardware devices, collaboration software and printing services integrate into a single operational flow.

The presented approach focuses onadoption of artificial intelligence as an enabling and transversal element to simplify the interaction between the user and the digital workspace. The management of distributed professional contexts requires the adoption of solutions capable of adapting to different use profiles, from large organizations to independent professionals and the educational segment.

The segmentation of the technological offer shown during the meeting is divided into three strategic macro-directions: the Enterprise area, focused on operational continuity and the resilience of IT infrastructures; the section intended for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB), oriented towards the digitalisation of processes and the flexibility of flows; and finally the Consumer sector, intended to support daily learning and personal productivity activities on the move.

Giampiero Savorelli, Vice President and CEO of HP Italy

Regarding the industrial priorities and strategic objectives linked to this technological evolution, Giampiero Savorelli, Vice President and CEO of HP Italy, said: “The future of work does not only depend on the introduction of innovative solutions but on their ability to offer the user increasingly simple and personalized technological experiences, which help people work better, in any situation. With this event we wanted to tell and show live how artificial intelligence, PC and printing devices, HP software and services can create a single ecosystem capable of simplifying daily work, increasing company productivity and at the same time improving user satisfaction, thanks to a more satisfying technological experience. Our goal is to put technology at the service of people, so that they can best express their potential, wherever they work or wherever they are and to design a future in which technology is simple, “seamless” and personalized, so as to represent a precious ally that supports us in daily activities”.

The convergence between hardware and intelligent services responds to the clinical need of the market to reduce the technological silos that slow down the internal efficiency of companies. The integration of native security systems into both personal computing devices and printing devices represents a direct response to the increase in cyber vulnerabilities associated with remote working. Through the setting up of real use scenarios, the event highlighted how data protection and the fluidity of interpersonal communication constitute the pillars necessary to guarantee the economic and operational sustainability of modern digital workplaces.
