Apple expands its center in the Palestinian Authority

The American corporation Apple conducts an additional set of engineers in its R&D center in the city of Rawabi in the Palestinian Authority.

Currently, the center, which operates in coordination with Israel’s Apple centers in Herzliya and Haifa, and with entrepreneur Bashar Masri’s ASAL Technologies, employs about 60 people.

The Apple Center in Rawabi was opened in 2018 and initially employed five engineers. It should be noted that the official employer is ASAL, which is a subcontractor
