Revenion’s Visionix purchase completed – new people in management

A health technology company Revenio Group has implemented LT International SAS:n, Visionix International – the purchase of the entire share capital of the group’s parent company.

The arrangement was announced on 13 April 2026. Revenio’s board of directors has today also decided on a directed share issue of 2,485,797 new shares to the sellers in order to pay the share-based part of the purchase price in connection with the sale.

The companies join forces and form a leading provider of comprehensive solutions in the global eye care market, with a turnover of more than 250 million euros, an adjusted EBITDA of around 48 million euros and a staff of more than 800.

As a result of the transaction, 12.5. conditionally appointed to the board by the general meeting Marc Abitbol, Charles Vilgrain and Nicklas Hansen have started their term of office on the board of Revenio today. The start of the persons’ terms of office was conditional on the implementation of the corporate reorganization.

Management team for renovation

The acquisition is also reflected in the company’s management team. Four people have been appointed to the management team today. The management team will have 11 people in the future.
