Reaktor’s IPO and sale were oversubscribed

Software and IT company The reactor the board has made a decision on the implementation of the listing sale and issue.

According to the company, demand was strong in the IPO sale and issue, and the public issue, Institutional sale and issue, and personnel issue were oversubscribed.

Commitments made in the public offering will be accepted in full up to 65 shares offered, and approximately 21.3 percent of commitments for the amount exceeding this. The commitments made in the recruitment process are fully accepted.

The subscription price per share of the offered shares was EUR 8.25 in the public issue and institutional sale and issue, and EUR 7.43 in the personnel issue.

The company’s market value after the IPO sale and issue is approximately EUR 210 million, assuming that the additional share option is not exercised.

Trading in Reaktor’s shares is expected to start on the pre-list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange on Tuesday, June 16. and on the regulated market on Thursday 18.6. After the IPO sale and issue, Reaktor will have more than 1,700 shareholders.
